Yeah we solved all the issues, he can have his 5 stars feedback from me or at least i would like to remove the 3 stars one

I think that if Tradeguardian was used and both seller and costumer agree on Feedback removal shouldn't be problems right? Neutral Feedback is anyway a grey and not positive stuff on my sale profile and I really would like since costumer agree to remove it please, hope in your understanding.. Thanks..
