A few days ago I contacted this user to buy an account. He indicated to me through chat that his account had a negative balance, so he was indicating shipping methods, so the best option was xoom.

The money transfer was done correctly, since they took the money from the bank as it appears in the photo:

I told him to give me an account number, the name of the owner and a phone number, once I did the procedure, the shipment was done correctly, all I had to do was get the money.

Unfortunately, a few days later, xoom canceled the shipment, contacted support and they told me that the recipient had a negative balance or a limited account and that he did not meet the company's conditions. They told me that in a few days I would receive the money.

I told the boy that as soon as I get the money I will give him the bill with all the data without any problem, even so, without waiting a day or two, he gives me a negative review calling me a scammer. I have work and studies, many sales in this forum and sales to be made, does anyone think I'm going to cheat a child of 14 usd? LOL

The money and the procedure were taken correctly but on September 1 they canceled the shipment.
The user is commenting on all my stores calling me a scammer.
I have over 50 sales and no one has EVER had a problem with me.

As soon as I received the money, as I already mentioned, the account will be returned to you without any problem, the account is not going to be used for anything, nor do I want it.

ASLO XOOM DONT HAVE NEGATIVE BALANCE, THATS NOT SAME LIKE PAYPAL, THEY CANCEL YOU XOOM TRANSACTION BECAUSE THEY THINK THAT USING YOUR ACCOUNT IS A SCAMMER, BECAUSE YOU'RE USING XOOM FOR THE FIRST TIME
 
I have 50 positive reviews from people who trust me, I don't want this child's account at all. I have work and studies, if someone thinks I'm going to steal an account for 14 dollars HAHAHAHA.

As soon as a moderator comes and gives an answer, if he considers that I have to give him the account before receiving my money, I will give it to him, meanwhile I am not going to lift a finger. I will not allow an individual to stain my reputation and dedicated himself to commenting on my topics saying that I am a scammer. And all for $14

I await a response from a moderator and a solution even if it is to remove this fake review. I already told him 20 times that I don't want his account after all this and that the account was only used for a few hours.

And if you want the money instead of the account, I'll keep the account and when I receive the money I ALREADY SENT YOU, I'll send it back to you via paypal, but it has a negative balance.

And I hope to be respected as a seller, as I have many positive reviews from people who have bought my accounts or even sold me accounts. Many of those people gave me the data first before paying and NEVER scammed. In many topics, when I am going to buy an account, I publicly state that if they have fewer ratings, I do not send the money first. You can see in my ratings that many users comment that they gave the data first and then send the money. I'm not going to rip someone off for 14 usd. And sorry my English I'm using translator.
 
Update: Contact the user since paypal told me that I should receive my money in 3-5 days. I told him that he could easily provide the account details back to him or a moderator. The account was not affected at all, since it is a genshin ar12 with a weapon and his character, no level was unlocked, no main mission was done, no protos were spent, so the next buyer will have a new account with everything to explore and save. Obviously I am not going to send money again, since the user has a negative paypal balance and I am not going to pay taxes again, since it is 4 euros each time I send money. I hope you accept the deal and of course my negative review will be removed (I will remove mine from your account).

As I indicated above the first time if the money was sent to you, and even though I have not received my money yet I will return the account with the removal of the review. When making the shipment, provide the reference and tracking data as well as place your telephone number and email to receive updates on the money and movements. If at the last minute they detect that your account does not meet the conditions, it is not my fault. And I repeat the account can be sold without problem.

Contact xoom now, they told me that the money (yo my acc) would arrive in 1 or 2 days. I asked for the reason for the cancellation and they told me that the details of the other person's bank account (title and others) were not all correct.

I wrote down all the information that the person gave me by chat, full name, email and phone number. I contacted the person to give him the account information but he does not respond either, it seems that he does not want the account back, much less solve the problem, but he does have time to call me a scammer and leave me a negative review.

Just today I sold another account and received the positive review, just like all the others, I have the account verified by id, I am not going to scam someone 14 USD when I can earn more selling. I hope you answer and remove the negative evaluation

You also did not reply to the private message where I told you that I was returning your account information, you are not very interested, you are only interested in wasting time and being absent for days. Do you really want to solve this or do you just want to waste people's time?

Account and email data sent correctly, I recorded the entire process to avoid any further problems.

Mail and password data, user data and game password were delivered.

The email does not have any recovery email or phone number attached to it.

With this I want to appeal once and for all this negative review and remove it.
