I've played since February 2019 and have full-cleared every event. I took a break in May this year (2022) and ultimately decided not to come back to the game. Unfortunately there aren't any gems or tokens on the account and while I have likely missed some new tdoll releases during my break, I am 100% positive my account is still able to full-clear events and be competitive in ranking (though I never used dupes just out of principle). I'll be logging in occasionally to keep progressing the account for now.
29 mod 3 tdolls, 5 of which are lvl 120
77 lvl 100 tdolls and 30 lvl 90+.

Almost all my collection is max affection, with 18 oaths

284 gold equipment, almost all of which is maxed
7/8 HOCs are lvl 100 and 5*. I never went too crazy with optimizing chips but never had any problems at all with HOC performance.
8 SF boss units, all lvl 100 and max affection
8 lvl 100 fairies, 7 of which are 5* (with the new fairy production and how many resources I have, it should be no problem to quickly finish maxing the fairies)
10 dorms, several full 5* furniture sets
