Quick question

If someone commits to buying something saying they will pay the next day WU (late at night no places are open) basically said "I WILL be buying this tomorow for x amount" and then the next day says they don't want it what can one do about it? also how do you access aim logs

I would say nothing. It is their money. So it IS their choice. As much as it is a pain in the neck if you shun potential buyers away saying you have a buyer already, and they back out, nothing can be done.

Sbane12 is correct. A verbal contract over the internet with some one you just met doesn't really hold up. Therefor the buyer would be allowed to back out of the deal anytime before any transactions are actually made without facing any kind of penalty. I'm also going to move this thread to the Help section. As you were not actually scammed.
