Skye1204 seller retaliating AGAIN after mod changed my feedback to neutral!

This is the messaged I received on Trust Pilot after I filed a complaint:

"It seems you and another member exchanged feedback and you're disputing the feedback he gave you.
EpicNPC does not investigate private sales unless our Trade Guardian service is used. We offer both paid and free Trade Guardian options.
In this case you were the buyer, so the feedback has been updated to neutral."

However, the feedback is now negative again. Previously they gave 3 stars, now they keep retaliating against me and giving me 1 star after the decision by the mod. Please change back to neutral as this is just an attack on myself as an individual and not about the transaction.
 
Feedback Disputes

1. If TG was used, we will review feedback disputes as normal.
2. If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
- If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
- If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed
