Seller Skye1204 who I gave genuine negative feedback is retaliating against me when I gave the admin evidence that my feedback was not false. They tried to lie and get the feedback off their profile. Now, after going through the dispute process and providing the admin and Skye1204 evidence, they gave me revenge feedback because I was being "fussy" and also saying everything was provided on their product page, which is a complete lie, it NEVER said the blue archive account had deadlinks when I bought. Also, they insinuate I'm lying because I tried to secure account 5 days later? I assumed these accounts were working so I could do them whenever, but when I did, one account didnt even exist and gmail was locked out, and Nexon login requires that Gmail.

Being "fussy" is not feedback, that is in retaliation to the evidence I gave of you selling deadlinked accounts without zero notice and proceeded to lie about saying the feedback was false. This is revenge feedback. Just because I exposed you for a part of your services and still paid in full as you provided doesnt warrant labelling someone as "fussy." People deserve to know you are selling deadlinked accounts.

https://www.epicnpc.com/infocenter/forumrules.html states "revenge feedbacks are not permitted".
 
I'm stating why I would not recommend you.
You are not recommending me as a buyer because I gave true feedback and provided all evidence of you selling deadlinked accounts, which you also never even tried to reach out to me to help and instead disputed my feedback as false. You gave me negative feedback to spite me exposing one of your services, you dont want customers to know you are selling deadlinked Blue Archive accounts and therefore gave me a negative review as revenge. Your negative review is from emotion after failing about lying that my feedback was false from the dispute you opened against me and my review was from a genuine transaction that failed to mention a deadlinked account.

No one else has ever mentioned that they couldn't access the email account they received. And the email account sent to you was working prior to delivery. Otherwise, the Nexon account could not have been created. More likely than not, some action you took resulted in the email account getting frozen.

Other buyers do not matter, focus on the issue here at hand because of your failed service. Again, complete lies, you say "the email account sent to you was working prior to delivery" the account delivery is instant as in automated, you guys do not check the emails before sending, meaning you have these accounts in bulk. Otherwise, this wouldn't be an issue in the first place. Stop lying. Just because others have not had the issue, doesnt mean the issue is impossible to happen.

Your feedback is in direct retaliation of the evidence I gave in the dispute thread that you failed to notify buyers and me that these accounts come with deadlinked emails, which did happen to me.

Heres even proof from their own support chat saying they cant even access the emails provided!

2. If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
- If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
- If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed

Isnt their type of feedback classified as neutral? I thought negative feedback was for extreme cases @EpicNPC CM
