Should I take Pre-paid Visa's for payment for WoW accounts?

I have no experience with pre-paid visa's, but have gotten an offer of one from a seemingly legit MD user for my wow account.

i have a few questions:
1. can these things be purchased with stolen credit cards that will come back and bite me in the butt?
2. can these be recalled somehow leaving me in debt after spending the money?
3. can they be non-legitimate in any other way?

also, i guess my general question is just: is this a safe way to accept payment if the user does not use Paypal or WU? He would give me ( i guess ) the number on the card or something like that. Thanks

1.) Yes

2.) Maybe, but usually not. The terms of service are very specific on them.

3.) They could be used already, but that's about it.

Other thing to worry about is fees that get tacked on for using them.

Yea, I would avoid them all together. The fees are too big, and they are too hard to secure. If someone insists on using these chances are they are not on the up and up, paypal / WU are just as accessible, if not more than having to find a store that sells pre-paid Visas.
