I know from my own experience that selling accounts when you have little or no feedback/rep is practically impossible. People don`t trust enough members without feedback/rep to buy accounts from them simply because huge risk of original owners rolling back the account via support by claiming they got hacked, they had virus in their PC etc If you are new member without feedback/rep and even if you have no intentions to ever recall account practically nobody will trust you with amounts more than 20$ or so, because you have nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain. Between EpicNPC and 2 other sites i have sold over 70 accounts during last 6 months Mostly i sell EVE Online accounts, but also have sold some Wargaming and Star Citizen accounts. I have sold my own accounts and also accounts for my friends and family and not even a single account got recalled or had any issues with it.
Here is how my service works:
You contact me with details of the account you want to sell, then i will tell you my terms If you agree to my terms, then we disuss the price for which i will sell the account. After that you will need to provide me all the screenshots and info i will request from you which are needed for creating good sale ad. Then I create sale ad according to my template and create sale thread. When potential buyer contacts me i will answer all his questions and negotiate the price(if i will negotiate lower price than we agreed, then it will be taken out of my cut). When everything is agreed with buyer you provide me with accounts details and all other releveant information, i will check everything myself first and then forward everything to buyer and pay you the agreed amount. My cut is not set in stone atm, it will depend on the final price of your account.
