if he got your info and you dident get his then its a scam if he logged after getting your info its a scam search the persons aim name on markeedragon before EVER and i mean EVERRRR trading/selling

imo its your fault you were scammed you dident verify it was really him you dident get a MM you dident call up(unless you did and i dident know so if you did srry) you dident get his addy and you dident trade during peak hours so you could call in and get pass changed

you can call blizz up and say someone compromised your account, if your the OO you will need to fill out the form and send in photo ID and all. IF you gave him the Secret Answear then you might be in a pickle but for the most part if your the OO u can get it back.

Why do people ever bother with OO, i mean, for one, if your account has been compromised (a traded one) and you had the cd-key, you're still in hot water because you need the ID and/or credit card that was originally used to activate the account(which you won't have in most cases of an internet trade, right?). Even the fact that a CD-KEY could be just plain falsified, trying to pass off the identity of OO.
