RARE OPPORTUNITY!
Due to limited play time over the past few months, our guild is selling our large compound of land in Gweonid Forest (east of Chimeran Marsh) on Kyrios server. If you login to check it out, you'll notice each piece of property has our green guild flag on it.
This is the perfect opportunity for another guild that may be looking to transfer to Kyrios and have an immediate consolidated base, or for an existing Kyrios guild to expand their holding.
The following pieces of land are all connected and surrounded by a white fence. We are not breaking this up and selling in pieces. Only the land is for sale, no accounts.
You must be EpicNPC verified for me to acknowledge your offer. Remember, it will take at least 22 appraisal certs to transfer these properties (1 gold sale). I'll supply 11 and you supply 11.
We can have a phone call, use a middle man or whatever else to put your mind at ease, but payment will be made via PayPal "gift" mode only. A phone call will be mandatory during the transfer of property process.
Do not ask me for a buy out at this time please. If we see the right offer we will pull the trigger.
