Banned - VPN Violation

I recently purchased the heroic edition of WoW Shadowlands, but since my laptop is kind of old, it started to overheat, I contacted GM through ticket but they couldn't refund me, so here I am.
The account contains World of Warcraft Shadowlands + Classic, I purchased the epic edition, which means that the account inside has mounts, it has a level, 60 Undead Rogue, with 170 item level, around 20k + gold, and it is on EU Server, Stormscale.
The account also has 20 days of playtime remaining on it from my first-month subscription
I am selling the account for 73 USD, if anyone wants more information or pictures from inside the account feel free to message me privately.
