Delivery of goods:

Why choose me over someone else?:
The answer to that is simple: security. I accept cash in person, Western Union, and verified address Paypal ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. I prefer Paypal, but that is up to the buyer?s discretion. Those paying via Western Union must send me a color copy of your government issue ID card. If you can not agree with these payment options then please find someone else. Paypal payments must be from a Paypal account, NO E-CHECKS.
Delivery of goods:
Here is how delivery of goods will take place. In the case of cash or Western Union the buyer will received the user name, password, and secret question answer as soon as payment and a color copy of government issued ID (for Western Union) is received. If a buyer is paying with Paypal I will send an invoice requesting funds. It will be labeled "GOODS" and the description will read, "Delivery of intellectual property/goods - by accepting, buyer waives Paypal buyer protection policy. By accepting, buyer confirms he/she has inspected item and it is as described. By accepting buyer agrees terms of sale were concluded as he/she understood them and agrees with stated terms." When the buyer receives this invoice he/she will then send me an email with the following from his/her verified Paypal account: "I (buyer?s name) of (insert address / phone number) hereby authorize the payment tendered of value (insert dollar amount including $ sign) to (my Paypal account) on (insert date) for delivery of an intangible World of Warcraft item - by accepting, I waive the Paypal buyer protection policy. Attached is my IP address.? (You can copy and paste your IP address from http://whatismyipaddress.com/). The buyer will email this to me, and when I receive it I will notify the buyer to pay the invoice. I will also print out a copy of this email. The invoice will be for the amount agreed upon minus $5.00, which will be added on as shipping cost. I will print this invoice. Once buyer has sent funds I will print a copy of the transaction receipt. I will then print out a paper that has my name, phone number, account name, password, and secret question answer. I will mail all 4 of these pieces of paper to the buyer?s registered Paypal address through registered mail that requires a signature to receive. This will prevent me from being scammed by "Unauthorized Transaction" or "Incorrect Description of Goods" or "Goods Not Delivered" and will also give the buyer the peace of mind of being able to prove he paid for and legally received the goods as described. Note to potential buyers/scammers: Buy handling the transaction this way, a buyer will NOT be able to file a chargeback or any other form of payment reversal. This is why I STRONGLY URGE you to be certain you want this item before you pay for it. As I am sure any potential buyer will agree this is the safest way to ensure that the transaction is completed as agreed and without any risk to either party.
Why choose me over someone else?:
The answer to that is simple: security. You may be able to buy an account of similar value from someone else who does accept E-check or unverified Paypal payments, but you can not be sure that you can trust them. Again, although I am new to MD I will do whatever I can to put a potential buyer's mind at ease. For buyers or serious bidders I will give you my name and home address and home number. You can then look in a phone book and verify that I am who I say I am. I do this for the buyer?s protection.
Legal crap:
Once you have possession of the user name, password, and secret question answer the account is yours and thus your responsibility. I highly recommend changing the password and purchasing a Blizzard Authenticator to further ensure your own peace of mind. Once the buyer has taken possession of the account, the security of that account is his/her responsibility and by taking possession of the account agrees not to hold me liable for any potential future damages that may occur to or as a result of the account. It is extremely easy to secure the account in such a way that only you can access it once you have taken possession and as such there is no reason not to do so! A $7.00 Blizzard Authenticator increases the security of your account significantly. Blizzard recommends changing your password often to maintain security of the account as well. It is not wise to share the account with another person as this may compromise it's security.
