What is the dispute about?
I bought the account last month and I was unable to login. By using another honkai account, I noticed that the name and everything changed meaning that the owner had gotten access to account again. I’ve tried to contact him but no response at all, mm advised to report.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? He said he played the game 2018, which seems to indicate that he is the owner of acc
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? I used mm so aside from things in regard to gameplay, not much at the time of sale
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Approximately less than a month.
