Other information: While i did get the account i clearly lost access, ive already put a positive review on sellers profile then hours later i lost access to the account.

Approximate value of property: $35.00 USD + 2.99 paypal fee
Was Trade Guardian used? If so, what is the TG ID# No (even if it was used this could still happen) and the seller was very asking to use it, even so this would have still happened.
What is the dispute about?
Lost access to the account hours after buying, played on it for abit aswell, came on later and the password was changed, The seller does not provide email to the accounts he sells. Contacted Epic games to try and get account back and only got automated responses. But then i contacted the email of the account, the owner of the account responded and noted the account was hacked and i have been scammed, he believes the person selling is selling hacked accounts, at this point i decided to file on this fourm.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he is the original owner? (provide proof) Never mentioned.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) I asked if it came with epic games account and he said yes but no email access (and yes it seems like a obvious scam cause whoever has the email access can just fish it back) Once bought i got the email and password to the epic account.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 9 hours then lost the account and contacted epic to see if they could get the account back, No response for 40 hours still going.
