Did the seller say he's the original owner? Said he wasn't but probably is, as he recovered using original email otherwise no chance he could do it
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? discord and email username, you can see in sale thread and in the chat log
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Probably a few months, then I stopped playing and when i tried playing again couldn't access
