Searching for Silver account with access to market

Yesterday I created a new Steam account and put in it 10 euros but I didn't realise that I have to wait until I can use the market as you may know... That's why I'm ready to trade this account with 10 euros in it and receive one unranked/siver cs:go account so I can use the shop. Also i'm ready to go first.

I dont think buying a new account will work. When logging in from a another location, steam account will receive 7 days market/trade cooldown.
