Based on Sky~'s suggestion, I've expanded the scammers forum into multiple categories.Scam Disputes
This way we can separate out the scam threads that are resolved successfully and those that are not. This adds a bit more protection to members reputation when a dispute was a simple mistake or misunderstanding. New threads can only be posted in the Active forum, the other two are reply only.

- Scammers
