So what should I do?

If you made a payment, contact paypal and dispute the transaction. It seems that you've confirmed receipt, which makes things a bit harder, but I believe they'll still let you dispute the payment if you say that you were instructed to confirm without getting the goods.

Also, post a screenshot of the skype name (right click on him -> view profile -> skype name ) and the paypal email where the payment was made, so that I can add it to my imposter list.

That one is already on the list, reported 2 days ago. Next time, please do some searching before going in a trade. This could have easily been avoided.

I've moved it to the top of the list and added the fake email too.
