What is the dispute about? MachV Sold me a +12 vos Noah account for 900m. at the time i didn't realise that they recently bought the account on trade guardian from someone else and immediately sold it after they bought it from Suiqast555. MachV says they didn't have the original email of the account and that the person who sold them it Suiqast555 did. and with elsword as long as someone have the original email they can submit a ticket and recall the account which is what suiqast555 did. Machv said there not working together and he have no clue of it but it's very suspicious that right after Suiqast555 sold it to them not only did Machv enhance the account to a +12 so it would be worth more money but they immediately sold it right after enhancing it. the excuse was they got bored of the game that quick. you can also see in Suiqast thread the 1st person who bought the account weeks before selling it he was looking for elsword accounts that have the original email (So he could recall account back and scam) right after buying an account he immediately sold it off to Machv who immediately sold it off to me. earlier this morning i was online and got kicked from account and password immediately got changed and so did the in game name of the noah but the account still exist cause u can still search up other chars from the account and it says not logged in. A middleman was used in all transactions.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
proof of Machv Buying the account from Suiqast555 then selling it literally 2-3 weeks later to me. he not the original owner.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) showed me a discord screenshot of the person he said he bought from
he claims this is the convo he had after buying it from this person on discord. also claims this was the account when he bought it
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? i had it from 03/09/2023 - 05/11/2023

(you can use the HIDE tag so the images are not publicly available to everyone) this is me sending in a ticket and kog saying that they can retrieve an account if they have the original email. which is what the scammer did. Inconclusion im pretty sure Machv and Suiqast555 is the same person. it's a chance Machv could be innocent but it's unlikely. this is proof of Suiqast Specifically looking for accounts with original email then selling it right after, he wanted 1st owner emails so he could recall the account at will.
he sold the account literally 2 weeks later and kept the original email so he could recall account and keep the money
