Other information: I have purchased the service at June 19th of d4-masters. No progression has been done till 21th and they had promised me to change the booster and climb up till masters until the end of the season.
However, no single ranked game played till the end of the split. And the split is now over.

@Ningaji how much longer will you need?
Couple days after taking the order i got drafted in the mandatory military service and the time has been tough ever since.
As you would know, master also rank became 15000 RP instead of 10000 RP that's why i've been taking so long to complete it. I'm around 12000 RP at the moment, i believe.
Once again sorry to everyone for the inconvenience. I have stopped taking any new orders and trying to finish this last one. Hope to finish in next couple of days...
I offered some alternatives like 20k/4k badges that would be quicker to complete to be done with this but the client understandably did not want any changes in the order.

I have requested a refund to ningaji. I have had enough. I think i gave him enough chances. First the split 1, then split 2 in 20days then additional 10days and another 5days granted by you(EPIC NPC CM). The 4k20 badge for compensation he promised is not even discussed anymore and moreover i have got the account suspension and thanks to that i have missed a chance to buy a two recolor skin who know it will ever return. I am currently waiting for his response regarding with the refund
 
@Ningaji and i have finally agreed to proceed the refund. It will be processed in 2days and we have both confirmed that this will be a last and final chance. I will keep track the paypal and will keep the update regarding with the issue. I know that it has been a long tiring conflict.
But i can say that regarding with this issue, i can be considered as the biggest victim here. Until this final contract is proceeded, i would like to propose to others to wait until the deadline ends. There is no point for additional fight and insults rather than rational conversations. I have also warned ningaji with this issue that it is the final chance and after this, i will also take in to legal systematical claims in terms of paypal ,bank and epicnpc accounts.
