Nature of Fraud/Scam: The scammer will approach you with the pretext of buying or trading something and then ask you to buy some product (usually from FFXIV) from *** for him/her, they will send you the money on paypal and then they will retrieve the money, another case is with stolen paypal accounts, the rest you can guess.
