Scammer trying to refund 1500$ and i need epicnpc:s help!! Used MM!

Greetings moderators! Im in need of your aid!

Buyer is trying to keep product and refund his payment with unknown proof that paypal is refusing to show me.... now paypal is asking me to "prove him wrong"...

Title is saying "item not recieved" and the claim is account recovery... i tell you right now this is incorrect so there is no chance of him providing any support to his claim... yet paypal is turning this on me asking me to prove him wrong and putting me in a 1500$ debt!!

Used your trusty middleman system and now need to prove paypal that buyer recieved his product.

I also need to show paypal that i couldnt recover account!! Witch i clearly stated during our trade with MM and buyer! It was a clean account where the buyer had the option to add his own credentials after we traded.

Please do help me work this out epicnpc as ive been put through injustice here and the scammer even used your middleman services!

Yeah i have no idea what is going in here but i really need this solved cause right now from paypals perspective i am the con man... and without my product aaaand a 1500$ negative balance that if im not misstaken paypal will send debt collectors on me after 120days... this is frkn unreal and still without any explanation to how this buyer turned this around like this.... asking me to come with valid proof on proving him not telling the trouth on something that never happened... just ridiculous..
