I texted him on skype because I was interrested in one of his accounts he´s selling. I found the offer in this Threat

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He starded ignoring me after he tryed to link it to my e-mail adress. I already contacted him on epicNPC as well but althought he have been online several times he didn´t aswer

If it´s necesarry i can download it on my PC and screenshot it from there and make the screenshot you guys need as a proof it is real. (Obv. it´s possible to fake Skype conversations on the PC. I don´t think that that is possible in the version for a mobile phone.)

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? I checkt out it profiele on EpicNPC and haven´t seen any danger sings or stuff like this. Also i saw that he already had a bunch of posts

Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? That was/is my first one!
I created another Skype account and wrote him that i´m interested in one of his skill accounts. I did that to check if he´s responing or probably deleted skype or something like that. Result: He didn´t respond
