You can google the question, it has lots of answers there.
Basically, send an email with the correct topic. Answer 10 general questions about your acc. Fill out the form they will send to you. Wait for around 10 days (I was waiting for 3).
If you can prove that the account is yours, they will unlink everything from it and assign the email you specify in the form to it.
