Scammer stole my account and is trying to sell it.

I can prove it is my account, as well as screenshots showing that he changed my email/secret question. Please help me this is my favorite account, I don't want this account to be gone because of a scammer.

How did he steal the account? Do you have images of your chat with him?

He was going to help me sell the account, I gave him some of the account info and he changed it all and ran with the account, he has changed all the info as shown in the emails attached. The battletag is linked to the emails as well so you can verify this account is mine.

If you are the original owner you can over ride his secret question answer change and recall the account. You need full id that matches account and a recent dated newspaper to do so.

I'm not the original owner, hence where the problem arises. I tried blizz support they couldnt help, so I guess im just working to get him banned. I have proof of ownership by access to the battletag and original email account.

Why giving the account info to a total stranger ? and you could always try to contact the creator of the account to get the ID pictures

Wasn't a total stranger, they were an ex-owner of an Account Trading server, and they were helping me sell my account because they had a high rep on PlayerAuctions. They just took the account and ran, started selling it here. Original owner isn't answering me, so I'm not sure what I can do but make sure he doesn't sell it and scam anyone else.
