I bought an account from this guy and seems like he account retrieved it back. I sent a ticket to genshin customer service and seems like they took the account back. He never told me that hes NOT the original owner of the account. Then he just ghosted me. He claimed he told me the owner was not his but this is not true. I made a post trying to buy a genshin NA account and he directly dmed me his account details and price, that is all.
After back and forth with my bank they told me they are unable to refund me any money, he claims his paypal account is in the negative so he made another paypal account to do his business. Not sure if he is telling the truth or not.
He is just completely ghosting me and ignoring the problem. The bank has told me today at 5/20/21 that he was refunded the money back in April. So I am guessing he is lying about not receiving any money back.
