What is the dispute about? He recovered the account after 1 month using mihoyo account recovery. He admitted to it too as you can see in the screenshots below

The guy said he is original owner in the TG thread, you can check that, he provided me with receipts but i didn't save them and he deleted them the next day but i noticed only a month later
You can check that the names i provided in the screenshots are the real people from the paypal.
