Scammer Rachels bought 500k gold for $200 and trying to refund the amount he sent.

https://www.epicnpc.com/members/471369-rachels Scammers epicnpc profile. I have proof of him trying to scam me. I'm in a dispute in Paypal over this amount of money. He sent $200 via Paypal friends and family and refunded it saying "he didn't send the money" aka saying his account was hacked. Paypal took all my money out and now I have a -125 balance. I have proof stating he got the gold and stating that he is a scammer. His email on Paypal is his first name on epicnpc and I took a ss of his profile so that will also be linked.
