What is the dispute about?
Scammer. Payment was cancelled by paypal. I ask if he can resend it. He reply after few days, said that he will resend his payment again, but after a few hours of checking,he request to dissable his account.

This was sent by him saying that he send his payment. Email he used was [email protected]
This was sent by my email saying the payment was delay. Date 05/09/23 7:17am
After 3 days paypal said payment wasn't processed successfully.Meaning cancelled.

Other proof:
He disable his account now.
Basically running away like scammer.
I thought his a good man but not. Only 50$ then give up his account on epicnpc.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
