Hi, looks like this scammer opened a case in paypal. The account was perfect, I think it's a kid because it's just 13 USD. This is lame

Had the exact same thing happen to me. They pay for an account and then chargeback a month later. Can this person get banned? Feel free to use any of my screenshots or responses if you need more proof. They're just a scammer. They blocked me after they realized I could see their Spotify name matched their paypal name.

I didn't want to open a case just incase they blocked me before I could get all my evidence.
