this above person scammed me

I posted a wanted thread to buy a raid shadow legends account with a specific hero
Below I my buying thread

Then he replied in that thread and directly DM me claiming that he have a account like which I wanted he so posted a picture of it
As that account was a nice one I asked some questions from him and then agreed with the PayPal goods and services payment which is a condition in my thread I have no way of paying through friends and family after the payment succeed he started saying why did you send through goods and made a fuss( I sent him a screenshot of the payment page before paying he said proceed and after paying he reacted in another way)
Later we came to an agreement of me giving him 2 accounts claiming to trade the account as g&s takes time to reach and he can also keep the money I sent him my first account details and asked for the account I purchased from him. He was demanding for the second account details too I said hi e me mine I have paid you and also given and account give me mine I'll give the other account after you give he had some false scamming messages and didn't respond me
 
Payment proof payment was $5 which is £3.5

He wished to purchase an account from me but the money had yet to come into my PayPal he then proposed a trade which j accepted

He informed me both accounts was fake mail turns out they was not he lied about the accounts

I informed him we can continue the trade or wait for the money to come through
He wanted his money back so I informed him that I would refund as a soon as it came through but he has accused me of scamming

You say I took your other account when you claimed it was fake mail but when I tried the email it was real and I couldn't access so how could I?

I've always done PayPal goods and service but it was put on hold when sent from you I'm simply waiting for my money before sending but you disputing it on PayPal will just add more issues

Either you close the dispute I receive the money and you get the account or you give me the 2 account you wanted to trade me for it and I give u mine

Pending simply waiting for cash to send details

He made a dispute after sending and it being put on hold so I cant receive the money and my balance is -0.21 so can't refudn until money is through

That's fine by me but you said the accounts you wanted to trade me was fake mail yet the first one was a real email I could not access

The first one you offers me before was a real no fake mail so what accounts are you able to offer me now?

I will create you Gmail accounts and give you the login details so you can login and change password sell etc
