So he filed a chargeback I had aim log in notes on the payment does paypal has access to that or not plus I never gave him all the info so will I have to do the locked account send id to blizzard will a School Id do because I do not have a id as i`m not 18 yet so can someone help would appreciate it.

No just call Blizz and tell them all the info Full Name, SW - change the email address to something you want.
I suggest if you gave him full name and SW that you transfer your toons off the account and on to another one...it's gonna cost you about $100 but its better than losing the account totally. This way he cant do it again, IF you didnt give him the Full Name or SW then your good to go.
