It is not clear who you are accusing. If you have a epicnpc name for this person please add that if not it will be impossible to help you. The Skype shows you are contacted by someone. If they are not registered here this will have to be moved to scam busters.

I used a Skype resolver on meisterboom and there is no one registered here using the Skype username or with that IP address.
