Approximate value of item/service: $200 USD
Date the problem began: 4/22/2023
Trade guardian was not used. I have reported their paypal account, opened a dispute, and will be chargebacking through my banking institution.
I no longer even want an account delivered to me by him. Cannot be trusted due to horrible communication. Must refund or I will not lift this dispute.
Did the transaction occur on Epicnpc or off-site?

What is the dispute about? The seller offered to sell me a Lost Ark Korea account and after paying him he has completely ghosted me without any prior notice. During the entire process he was replying so fast and all of a sudden after getting paid this guy is nowhere to be seen. Just to note during our transaction he asked to F&F and since he was willing to stake his reputation on EPICNPC I complied. That's why there are several pictures of me sending him the money via paypal.
For context we spoke briefly on discord, but I made sure to record the major parts of our transaction on this website.
