What is the dispute about? account, money, service? User Zack75 left a negative feedback on my profile. A youtube video was linked for another company that isn't mine. It appears that he is from a competing Division carry business that is trying to slander my reputation. He also left a bad review on my thread and a moderator has already removed it completely. Please see the below thread for evidence.

Other proof: The youtube video references an email address and payment processor that isn't used by us. Our website platform (Squarespace) only links up with the payment processor called Stripe. The video shows SquareUp as the payment processor along with an email that isn't used by us. Our official email is [email protected]

[email protected] has been our Paypal email for quite some time as you can see from my previous Epic NPC credit purchases. The original email address you mentioned was hacked a while ago. A SquareUp invoice account must have been opened under the hacked email that we were not able to recover. The video was clearly staged.

We have heavy heavy volume from our in-game advertising and now repeat clients. I can link the traffic and revenue metrics from our website and also a record of 0 chargebacks/disputes. A user with 0 reviews on here has much more to lose than a seasoned seller with hundreds and thousands of reviews that drown out single events like this. Having only 1 review that is negative and calling us a scammer is far more detrimental. Can't the same be said about Zack75 who made their account this month just to leave the review?

Our profile logo is from Google, of course it is easy to find and replicate. [email protected] was not able to be recovered. [email protected] is our current working one and division-gods is our current skype, but we only use that to communicate with our employees, not with customers. We are email only with customers.

I'm not claiming that I have hundreds of thousands of reviews. I'm saying that a 0 feedback seller like myself is hurt far more than a popular seller with hundreds of reviews that drown out single events like this. So it would make perfect sense for a competitor to make a burner account in the same month, like Zach75, to leave a slanderous feedback review.

I'm really confused. I'm not lying. I told you that [email protected] is my current working one. Of course my phone number was used by Zazh75, I put it on all our previous invoices. It's publically available. I feel like I'm not being protected at all as a seller.

Its not the wrong number. that is the number you verified your account with.

And yes people make imposters of people all the time. But they do not hack your email and use your email to scam. they make similar versions of it.

Also they hacked your gmail account supposedly. the easiest company to recover your email with. There is no way they still have it unless you just could not be bothered.

They don't waste their time with nobody's in the business. They go after people with rep and large companies.
