Scammer is disputing me now

I sold my account to a person who found out about my account on here. He was very willing to pay and it was fast. I received the 125 dollars through paypal and I thanked him for the quick transaction. But soon afterwards he disputed me on paypal and left no comments. His english is also very bad during our conversation but I ignored it. So do I have any hopes of winning the dispute? I replied to it saying it was a virtual good and he imposed upon it since theres no shipping necessary. People like him make jesus cry.

First off, any bad english = no deal.

Second, because you labeled your response to the dispute as a "virtual good", you pretty much [censored] yourself there. Paypal states ALL over their TOC that they do NOT offer ANY protection against scammmers/chargebacks/recalling money on NON-TANGIBLE goods (things that dont exist physically).

The way paypal is gonna decide who wins here, is whomever prevents paypal from taking a loss, wins.

Ways to prevent this? Don't take paypal.

Update on me:

I won the dispute and Paypal closed the dispute and canceled the reversal.

NOW he IS DISPUTING ME AGAIN but now it is FOR unauthorized activity. He is horrible!

Tip: Don't deal with Paypal. Period.

Unless it is with a MD member with a substantial amount of positive reputation/feedback.

Western Union is the way to go.

A good idea is to make them wait a few days for the funds to clear. It will root out stolen paypals. Legit traders will understand, if they have some rep you can let them play on the toon until then.

Then once the transaction is finished, transfer the funds into your bank account and close the paypal.

You can't dispute a closed paypal.

Can't we close the paypal for good after winning a dispute? That way the buyer can't offer a chargeback right?
