Scammer impersonating respected members trying to scam LoL accounts

A scammer going by the name of "pandas_cant_jump" in skype, saying that he is the real "AccountsP" and that he buys League accounts. However, when asked for the payment first, this individual says that he is the real "AccountsP" and because of that, the accounts must be given to him before the payment. When asked to send me a message on EPICNPC, he said "Yep, no problem." and then he stopped messaging me on skype. I believe this scammer is looking for profiles with low rep to scam them by impersonating respectable people from this website.
