Information
######################
Purchase Date: 11/18/22
Date the problem began:11/18/22
Method of Contact Used (chat program): Discord and Telegram
Instant Messenger username of the person you're accusing: inertial#9999 And @extractify (on telegram)
Your Instant Messenger ID: Kilaweaboosting#1434

Other information: Well, I'm a reseller, was looking for a bot lobby host provider on MW22, and saw this guy on elitepvpers forum. Then, contacted him on discord, when he sent this @extractify guy, which was suposed to be a host provider. Then, after talking to this extractify, sent him the money, then, havn't received the license. While talking to inertial, peak lobbies owner, he told me that this extractify was legit and everything. Then, after I made the payment (in two transactions because of btc limits) - of $225 at total, he told he would do a ''refund'' because it would be easy for him to withdraw only one time, cause of fees or something like that, then, disappeared in some minutes, and started telling me that he sent the payment in BTC to a wrong wallet, and that the money was gone (transaction ID has never been shown, even after asking for it a bunch of times, and it never happened because ive checked on blockchain network). Later, after trying to get my money back or even the lobby tool license, he told me that I should provide more customers to him (make ppl buy his tool) so i could get the license of what i paid for (free of charge).
Well, i was completely scared, got a customer of mine to check if they were legit, and this guy paid $120 to check if extractify and inertial were legit on his own will, i didn't made him do it or anything like that (i can prove that trough messages), later, he told me he got scammed too.
The customer which got scammed with me was Zlurpy#6482 on discord.

Can't prove that they both are the same guys (extractify and inertial), but i know that at least they are partners.

Hello.

Firstly - I'd like to address the fact that yes, I've previously made deals with extractify. To my knowledge, he always provided what I paid him for. Although, I never paid him any amount that would be meaningfully significant.

I'm unsure if extractify was the owner of the tools and services he provided me, or if he resold them from a third party provider. What I do know is what I got was satisfactory (for the most part) and I didn't have any better options at the time so I stuck with it.

I personally purchased his tool, and it worked for me (albeit after a LOT of anydesk sessions and troubleshooting). The issues with the tool and the lack of updates to it caused me to switch to other means of providing lobbies to my customers.

Kila reached out to me on my discord, asking to resell off me to his customers. I refused at the time, because I was too busy handling my own customers. He continued to repeatedly ask me through DMs - and eventually I recommended @extractify to him because he's the only other person i'd actually done business with who I knew was offering the services Kila was looking for.

I take no responsibility of what happened between kila and extractify. I can't be held responsibile for how he conducts his business.
Every time Kila wanted to ask me anything, I was available and responded. I provided him with all the guidance he asked for - and it's unfortunate he got scammed by extractify.

Kila did post a message on his discord about it the next morning and I reached out to him to ask him what exactly had happened. He then proceeded to block me. Although I'm still not entirely sure what went down, I do know my license to the tool was disabled and my HWID was blocked shortly after too. It wasn't that distruptive to me since I was no longer using the tool anyway, but it felt pertinent to add here.

I apologise if I made a bad recommendation - but whom I recommend to you doesn't correlate with my ability to provide my services. Dozens of my clients can vouch for as much. There's not a single complaint against me otherwise.

I blocked you as soon I knew that you've recommended a scammer to me, and stopped replying as soon as I got scammed. Then I blocked you.

And you were LITERALLY saying to me that I SHOULD MAKE MY CUSTOMERS BELIEVE THAT EXTRACTIFY WAS LEGIT SO THEY WOULD BUY FROM HIM.

Unblocked inertial right now so i could see his messages again. Blocking right after sending this reply on epicnpc

I fail to see what I did wrong here. Also, I stopped replying because you were just wasting my time asking me to help you get sales or to record videos for you, none of which were my business. I have lobbies to host - my customers take priority over your third party disputes.

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
