Scammer feedback for no reason.

A few minutes ago, I got that feedback from the user Astol for no reason. I dont know that user, he did not wrote anything to me before, he did not message me via discord, nothing but a complete stranger. Since im pretty new on that website I have no clue how to behave in such cases. I don't really care about the feedback itself, the thing that annoyes me is that big red thumbs down on my profile. Is there something I can do to prove that this feedback is incorrect?

After looking at the posts made by the user Astol, I found out the following:
In this post his discord tag is sami#0404. Link to that post he made: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/selling-ferryman-blackdog-sixpack-codes.2182369/

I think yesterday I got a message from this exact discord account.
He wanted to "buy" an acc (Microsoft Sea of Thieves Account) I was going to sell and was obviously trying to scam me.
Heres the chat:

So, as you can see, the "lmao" was the last message I wrote him, cause who the f*** would fall for that...


So please remove that annoying feedback and ban that user, thank you!

He tried scamming my friend earlier as well. He has eth on a test network to make it look like real crypto but it isn't actually there.

These moderators don’t give a s***. It’s a losing battle. Some guy was harassing me for months on this site and they were taking his side. After months of complaining that gave him a temp ban. Check it out what this other guy sent me. Before this we were going back and forth because he was trying to rip people off. So HE reported me and still kept sending me messages. Epic NPC just let it happen. These people are jokes. Seriously buy from PlayerAuctions.

You say he was temp banned, but then the next sentence you're saying we did nothing. Clearly he was reprimanded for doing this. You admitted they were temp banned.

If the user keeps harassing you, you can report them again and they will be given an infraction, just like the previous time.

As far as the "proof" submitted in this thread, there isn't really any.

I see a discord ID of astol, and a conversation claiming they're an MM in a discord group. That may be true, how would I know? They didn't claim to be an EPICNPC MM, yea its a bit suspicious, but there are plenty of legitimate MMs outside of EPICNPC, and we dont ban people for not using our MM service, so i'm not sure what we would ban them for.

There is no proof of a fake eth test network. If you can post proof of that, we would ban.

Look at the dates you didn’t do anything for MONTHS. It took multiple reports! I don’t care at all anymore. Nothing will happen to the scammers or me because the incompetence of this websites moderators. Me and everyone who complained about this guy are in the right. So, I’m just gonna let him scam. Banned - illegal activity - chargeback scams

Look at the dates you didn’t do anything for MONTHS. It took multiple reports! I don’t care at all anymore. I do not mean to barge in, but I do believe someone on Discord with the same words did come to harass me, so I'm gonna get straight to the point:
Forum mods are voluntarily "working", if it counts as working to begin with even. You claim no one has done anything, but as epicnpc pointed out the said user did get tempbanned, you keep on bashing on mods as if we owe you the world. If it is what you say ''took months'', apologizes, yeah itd be upsetteing. But, you constantly trashtalking every and each moderator wont make you any wiser or improve anything, it just goes to show you are the same type of person as the guy who did supposedly harass you. With what am I getting at is that, when you read this I will bet you will throw a tantrum and just insult me, because I shared an opinion.
