What is the dispute about?
I attempted to purchase the account listed in the thread above on the 24th of July. He seemed busy that day so the incident occurred yesterday on the 25th. He claimed to not have PayPal, but was willing to accept the money through this friend's PayPal. After paying, he said he wanted to verify if the money went through. He claimed that his friend was busy in-game, meaning that he could not verify it. Hours later I send another message about it, but he ignored me. He has not messaged me about the account ever since and does not seem interested in giving me what I paid for. I did however receive a message from him later that night about an invite to some server. But that seems irrelevant.
Despite how obviously fishy this deal was, I decide to trust him in good faith because $30 wasn't a big deal to me. I do not need a refund of any kind and merely wish to inform others about this scammer.
Other details / notes: I added him as "disaffection#2150" on Discord originally. But he changed his name to neurotransmitter#2150 soon after he added me. This is evident based on the comment left by another person on the deal post.
