What is the dispute about?
I paid him 100 dollars for a Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle Japan Account and after I sent over the money the seller has not responded with the account for 4 days without any communication. I have tried every way possible to contact them and yet they refuse to message back. I called Paypal to ask if they could message the seller and they did but still no response.
