What is the dispute about? I contacted him for the account as should, after seeing at some photos of the game account I was interested in I sent him 3/4 the money and then later sent the rest, and for some reason after sending the rest of the money (we negotiated and dropped the price by $20 USD) he stopped being active during the times he usually was and even stopped replying. I got nervous after a while but he replied back saying "I will available later I need to waiting the account data from the person keep calm thanks." after I asked him ill give him 24h time before I report him, its been 38 hours. Still with no account details from what I purchased. And he also adds that he still hasn't received the data from the account from "the person" (maybe the person he got the account from), my question is why didn't he acquire the details before I sent him the money or even before making a thread of the account? And just recently there is a warning next to his name saying "Warning: Trade with Caution" which wasn't there when I first messaged him.

And I will gladly send any more screenshots if necessary.
PS. the screen shot i sent now was the small amount left i had to pay, to view full payment scroll down to the screenshots.
