So, a while back, I traded a level 60 gnome rogue. I traded this rogue for a pally, that was level 63. The pally was recalled a week later, leaving me with nothing. I was the original owner of the gnome ( i had botted it myself) so I decided I wasn't really in a hurry to recall. I tried to get in contact with the scammer for weeks.
Today I finally recalled the account, after talking to the guy I traded the gnome to, he claimed that the pally was not his original account, and that it was my fault not his. He then stated that he had traded the rogue and it had probably been traded multiple times.
After some consideration I decided to recall the account. At this point the character was lvl 70, with all blues, and two glad weapons. The gnome also had two epic flying mounts, which was odd cause it only had 29 gold on it.
I then checked the two lvl one alts, thinking they might be banks. I was right. The first lvl 1 bank had over 700 gold on it, with about 3k worth of stuff on sale on the AH, along with a bank full of primal water, adm. ore, and other ores.
The second alt straight up had 10.623k gold on it.
Moral of the story, karmas a [censored], and don't scam me
