Hello everyone. I am not sure where to post this. But I want to warn everyone. I MEAN EVERYONE to do not transact with this Discord User.
This should serve as a warning to everyone and whoever may know this user. And whoever knows this discord user, please let them know that the charge back they are filing is false and fraudulent and just trying to suck money out of me.

Nature of Fraud/Scam: CHARGE BACK ABUSE.
This Discord User have message me way back on June 03, 2021 asking me if the FGO/JP account I have is still being sold. Suddenly, this person have asked me if I can do Middleman on a trade for FFXIV as I have been a middleman before (not in EpicNPC). This person sent me $200 which was put on hold by paypal because the amount is too big and suspicious. After a lot of thinking, I did realized that this could ACTUALLY be a SCAM. So I worked with Paypal to have it refunded and after 10 hours of talking to them, the CS agent refunded the amount back to the user as I cannot find the Refund Button whether it be a browser or paypal's app.
The transaction started on June 03, 2021 and Paypal refunded it on June 04, 2021 with the full amount of $200. I had to pay additional $6 because of the transfer fee which Paypal credited me as a one time good-will transaction.
July 10, 2021 is the date that the person filed a charge back for an amount that was already refunded by paypal.
Estimated Value Lost: $200 it was returned by paypal in full amount

My friend has posted the thread on May 23, 2021 on my behalf and have put the FGO/JP Account on sale with my permission and details of my discord account.
The person messaged me on discord on June 03, 2021. It was put on hold for 24 hours due to paypal's regulation for fraudulent transfers.
June 04, 2021 - I emailed [email protected] about the transaction as it was deemed suspicious and received a response that it was not an authorized transaction.
On the same day, Paypal refunded it on June 04, 2021 with the full amount of $200. I had to pay additional $6 because of the transfer fee which Paypal credited me as a one time good-will transaction.
June 08, 2021 - a person EthanNoah#3717 has messaged me, telling me that I scammed his friend for 200$ which I gave him a proof that it was reimbursed by Paypal.
July 10, 2021 - Jeffrey Wenz or Stella♥♥#5950/StrelliTa♥#5950 has filed a charge back. Paypal told me that there's nothing required on my side.
June 15, 2021 - Paypal required me to respond to the dispute, which I did and sent them the transaction number to prove that the amount is refunded on June 04, 2021. It is currently being investigated by Paypal. Hoping that this would be resolved in my favor because there's a proof that paypal sent the money back IN FULL AMOUNT.
I have currently blocked this person in discord. THERE HAS NO TRANSACTION THAT HAPPENED BETWEEN ME AND HIM ON THE FGO/JP ACCOUNT OR ANYTHING RELATED TO THE ACCOUNT. I AM CURRENTLY UNABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THESE DISCORD ACCOUNTS AS I MAY HAVE BEEN BLOCKED OR CAN ONLY ACCEPT MESSAGES FROM FRIENDS.
I did not proceed with the transaction as this person is a fraud. No account was given to this person and no amount was paid to me. 200$ has, ONCE AGAIN, returned by Paypal.
