What is the dispute about?
He is a scammer, claimed he didn't receive the money in paypal after altering a screenshot of his paypal showing it had $0 in his balance despite ringing paypal with the transaction ID and they confirmed it was sent and finalised in his account. Continues lying for the next hour or so saying ill keep reloading it. Did not receive the steam details although I paid him the amount he asked for. Continued to block me off discord and asked me to +rep him on epicnpc as to rub salt in the wound
