Other information: He scammed a 100$ worth account and then decided to call me a scammer. Many others are also calling him scammer. He gives you email address for paypal called
[email protected] and once they recieve payment the email is no longer in contact with the paypal but if you paid with card you can see its called paypal *PROGIDIO

What is the dispute about? Scammer and also falsely reported me

Just a scammer admitting on vpn usage and using multiple epicnpc accounts. Clearly done this before.
