I recently did a sale (Final Fantasy XIV account)
This skype user sent a payment (echeck) via paypal before ff14 account information was given so he can take ownership of the account/ account info was given.
echeck was for 50$, after waiting 4 days.. i was notified by paypal that the echeck got cancelled by the buyer. I contacted the buyer via skype on friday about this problem and he didn't responded back
until i called SE today (monday) and reclaimed the account back , buyer suddenly went online on monday (today) and questioned me about what happened to the account. (He instantly revealed his true intentions of scamming me by typing that)


I know i made a big mistake by accepting echeck instead friends and family payment via paypal to avoid scams

There was no scam here my bank declined without notice he said he tried to message me but has no proof to show, im still willing to deal with his issue id like this to be taken down it has to much of my information on public notice. He has my skype and he is the one who is attempting to scam me by just taking the account back after i am willing to still pay and have already paid for server transfer on the account itself I have full proof of everything else on my end of trying to solve this issue. but he wanted to act like a kid and block me last minute.


I apologize for the inconvenience but next time actually confront me with the issue rather than taking action posting things you shouldn't be.

You started to ignore me as soon i asked for your epicnpc user on TUESDAY (as shown on the screenshot) after i delivered the account, and never got a single reply until today, You're truly exposed now , especially now that you revealed your username by replying to this thread.

I did NOT recieve any of those messages i can pull up screenshots when i arrive at home. None of this was intentional lol. I dont use this site often it was my first purchase of an account online period. I understand this is the internet and money is a jumpy subject. As stated on your skype and here. Send the paypal.me link and ill be able to send it correctly.

I work overnights and it's obvious im not on skype 24/7, even still id appreciate if this was solved.

*Clearly i have the money to pay the 50$ give me any link to directly pay you, or you can use Epicnpc as a middleman this time.
*Ive also spent money on that account to have server transfer of another 20$ which was discussed in our conversations of nothing i said or did showed my "intentions"

Once again i greatly apologize for the issue mistakes happen and the uneven time of being on when you are took factor.

Why do you even try to recover this account. This is NOT yours and that you failed to pay for it...
I do not want to do business with him again like i stated before, he is a fraud and tried to get back the account without sending any money (which i do not want money at all from him). He needs to be banned forever from these forums, Since he literally admitted that he recalled account against me.

There for I would need to be comped for the 20$ that has been purchased on the account itself. There was no fraud involved, there is proof and posted proof of the situation.

You are now scamming me for this to get your account back & still trying to falsely ban me.

This is NOT my fault that you invested money on the account (transfers and name changes .ect) I'am NOT responsable for your actions since you planned to scam me from the beginning. You won't get any money from me, especially when you just admitted recalling account back without any money given or settlement at all. FRAUD

I never planned on anything in the beginning you ******* idiot. Ive been sitting here attempting to get what i paid for originally it was not MY FAULT i never got any notifications from you. I would have corrected it the first moment i found out. Which i was planning to do when i found out you changed the account.


I originally was paying 50$ it is sitting in the account waiting for transfer but you're the one making assumptions.

You are now STEALING my money when im willingly here trying to correct this.



I recovered the account and already told the admin I did, I did this doing so when i found out the account was changed randomly. I put my card information on there you ****, I assumed it was hacked just as you assumed i frauded you.

I'm done arguing, this is beyond stupidity. I leave this problem to EpicNPC CM to decide about all this. I already stated everything. and showed lots of proof and gave you almost 1 week to respond me. There is nothing to discuss anymore, big mistake for you recalling the account yesterday against me... Knowing that the 50$ payment didn't go thru to begin with = FRAUD

I sent you the screenshot of it going through, I had no idea it didn't go through after that. And it declined 2 days after it sent it. * I contacted bank and paypal to sort issue because it was with my account *

Orios tries to contact Logiik, no response,
Orios recalls account
Logiik and Orio speak on skype. Logiik says he didn't know payment was recalled.


So there are two options we can do.

Orios you can either give him the account, and accept the money and move on. You can feel free to add negative feedback/neutral or positive feedback to logiiks account.

Orios you can keep the account and give him negative feedback.

As of right now it seems like this is a misunderstanding. If Logiik was planning on scamming you, why would he purchase $20 of in game merchandise? Not only that, he would not be here trying to give you the money he owes.

I can understand you being cautious and even angry, but most of the times if someone is scamming, they will never offer to pay the money back.

As of right now there is nothing that makes me believe he should be banned.
 
I believe if he doesn't go through with this he need to be infracted for technically scamming, Im unsure if this is becoming intentional from him or not because he is just repeating himself..

There is still money involved with this, unless he refunds it by trying to contact SE himself and have them do it.
