What is the dispute about? buying valorant account with ruin dagger
Other details / notes: Having a dispute with paypal with the guy is lying about giving me information. He deleted me I used goods and services for protection rights and he said wait for money to go through and he deletes and blocks me. I provided screenshots.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? Tes
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? Screenshots of whats on the account and he claimed he has OE, Birthday and reciept for the account which he never gave me.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Never gave me the account. Deleted me and blocked me after payment
