I want to open a dispute Jorge.Winkert.

Selling a stolen account from NeVaRkLoE.

I bought an account September 3rd, under the
impression that it was NOT a stolen account.

However, later that day the Original Owner contacted me through
discord - Since I had my discord tag in my IN-GAME signature.

Spoke to me about, recovering the account however they
later described they were NOT going to follow through with
recovering the account.
I brought it up to the seller,

They did get in contact together, and assured me the account had
NO issues, nor I would face any issues.

Unfortunately, this was not the case.

Today, October 8th I found that I could no longer log into my account.

I reached out to the original owner of the account, and they have
informed me that they have recovered the account.

I would like a refund of my purchase due to the incompetence
of the seller.

I would also like to add, the original owner added me through my discord tag being in the signature. I Had added my discord tag on the in-game signature to make friends in game. Very weird the same day I get the account, I am hit with dms with someone
with a similar name on discord as the username credits. They knew the UID and older photos of the same UID are attached.

I am an account reseller, I am not responsible for your actions as soon as you receive your account, I gave you all the necessary information and left your account completely unlinked and secure.
if you added the old one I can't do anything, I tried to solve it with it, but nothing guarantees that it's not you either and that you're lying, there is no insurance for genshin accounts precisely for this reason, buying and selling accounts is illegal and not there's nothing we can do.
You paid and I handed over your account I was clear in all aspects with you, and I'll even bring the text that I talked to this supposed "former owner", so the managers can see that I'm clean and that I've always been clean.

what proof do we have that your account was recovered?
what proof do we have that this guy who talked to me and you is the former owner and who was hacked?
I bought this account on a shopping platform similar to epicnpc and that's what I do and I've never had a problem.

I review accounts, and I always look for the best accounts and that's why I have this impeccable sales record at epicnpc.
EVERYONE who has a complaint is some random scammer.

when I spoke of the 500+ I was ironic, for God's sake boy.

I provided full support to the buyer, I went after my supplier and we didn't get a response from the old seller,
I believe this third guy either sold the account and recovered being a thief and not us, or it's just another fake profile wanting to make a mess, you can be sure I wouldn't want to steal your 200 dollar account my dear, if I I wanted to have already done it at the time of the sale, if you need more information I'll bring it to the moderators.

you're confusing me, this is my discord Jorge.Winkert#0634, there are some guys creating a fake profile of mine on discord using nitro, always double check in the epic chat.

THIS IS NOT TRUE.

This account was originally stolen. When selling an account YOU ARE THE OWNER.

But clearly It was an account that was owned by someone else who was not OKAY with selling this account.

The same day I had gotten the account and fixing the account, adding my own signature, that included my discord tag in my signature.

This account was clearly not an account you had any reasonability. You are pushing all the responsibility onto the "other website, 3rd party".

You are pushing away responsibility, you had access to this account when selling it to me.
It was obvious it was a stolen account, since I no longer have access and can show full proof of it.

I also have proof of the payments being sent to you, which proves I am the buyer of the account.

If it's true you bought an account from another website, you re-selling it here makes you responsible for whatever transaction you are doing on site on EPIC NPC.

A huge red-flag to me is you are showing off your sale record, and how you are calling anyone who has an issue with you a random scammers.

That is NOT OK, if you are trying to have a business.
This isn't just random civism - There is proof above with our DMs.

You admitting you are buying accounts from Randoms sites which you are not giving the site at all, show there's a risk the account could be stolen.

This was clearly the case with me, You never put in any of there threads you bought this accounts from else-where.

Or if it was NOT OWNED BY YOU AT ALL. The accounts you are selling.

The Login of the account which is shown, is the same of there's discord, and they sent me proof of past payments they did and more.

Include that with your moderator's.

YOU ARE RESPONSABLE FOR WHAT YOU SELL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

no, i'm not genshin account insurance, just a salesman, as long as she was mine no problem.
I gave you the bill in perfect condition the same way it was given to me, I will no longer be with you and all this theater you are creating 1 month after the sale, I did my part and I was honest, I did not rob anyone, I I just reply to moderators now and they will do the part they see fit.


the responsibility for the purchase is entirely of the buyer who accepts to buy the account, I delivered it to you completely unbound and in perfect conditions of use, not knowing any past history.

if you and the former owner got together to do all this theater, you should have come to terms with him, there are no two-factor authentication genshim accounts that can be hacked out of thin air like he claims to have happened, if he sold and recovered back the thief is he and not me.

You have knowingly sold stolen accounts, lots of them.

I will base this by that fact. I suspect this account was also stolen. Which is illegal. Whether it is you or your supplier stealing the accounts.

if this really happened, I am also being harmed, as I bought the account from another seller and it was delivered to me in perfect condition in the same way as I did for this current buyer.

if you want any SS from the negotiation with the buyer and from the conversation with this alleged former owner, I am available to offer.


and if none of this goes ahead or works, I close my services on your platform.

I'm not sure I can dispute it since it was through PayPal balance but I will open a case with them.

he also told me in discord dms, if you'd like proof how he would have to contently make different paypals due to paypal thinking the amount of money he got was "not normal" - Clearly it's because he sells stolen accounts, and when the account gets pulled back from Miyoho they do disputes.

I'm happy enough he's banned and no other victims will occur on EPICNPC
