So last night I tried to sell a Genshin account, which wasn't originally mine. I think the middleman was an impersonator, because after I told him the password, I learned that my number was still on the account. So a few hours later I removed it because before the codes weren't sending. I wait for my buyer to get ready and the next day the password was changed and there's an email on it. I can't recover the account because I don't have receipts and I don't know the accounts information. So, what do I do? There isn't really anything I can do.

Considering you have no middleman transactions on your account, yes the MM you were talking to was an impostor.

I’m sorry to hear about what happened. Hopefully you are able to contact the OO and have him recover if that’s who you made the purchase from, otherwise there’s nothing that can be done.

I would recommend staying on EpicNPC for any kind of communication in the future and using an onsite MM to help keep you safe.
